Card controls, featured in digital banking, are available for any SELCO Community Credit Union member who is enrolled in digital banking and has a SELCO debit or credit card. Use it to manage spending and secure your cards from potential fraud right from your desktop computer or mobile device.

Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay are mobile payment services that let users make purchases with just their phone. Mobile wallets, which are typically free for consumers, enable secure, card-free payments through the combined use of new and existing technologies. To make payments using mobile wallets, you’ll need a mobile device capable of supporting that particular technology. You’ll also need to have, and load into the mobile wallet, a credit or debit card from a participating financial institution. SELCO debit and credit cards work with all three services. Cards can be added to Apple Pay® and Google Pay® wallets through the Card Services menu in our mobile banking app. To add a card to Samsung Pay, follow the steps provided through their mobile wallet service.

Absolutely. You can set alerts for activity on your accounts and cards as well as notifications of suspicious activity. Get alerted when your balances dip below or go above a certain amount, when checks clear, when your loans are due, and much more. These alerts can be sent via email, text, or push notification. Card controls in digital banking can only be used for SELCO-issued debit or credit cards. SELCO gift cards or cards issued by other financial institutions are not allowed.
