Our dedication and focus haven’t changed since we opened our doors in 1936, back when SELCO stood for School Employees of Lane County Oregon. Founded by a group of educators to support each other through tough times, SELCO now provides this same level of personal service to more than 150,000 members as one of the largest, oldest, and most trusted Oregon-based credit unions.

Our leaders
SELCO’s Senior Management Team (SMT) of five, including Bob Newcomb, President & CEO (pictured right), works with the Board of Directors to develop a road map for the credit union while ensuring the organization operates in a safe and sound manner—all for the benefit of our members as well as team members.

Whatever your needs or stage of life, we’ve got you covered, from everyday banking, borrowing, and investing to taking your business to the next level. Becoming a member is easy: If you live or work in one of the 27 Oregon or 8 Washington counties SELCO serves, you're eligible to join.
